Scupper inspection boxes with hinged lid for extensive to simple intensive green roofs to ensure easy access to the drainage system at the parapet.

080. Application

KSA-10 scupper boxes are installed on extensive green roofs with external down pipes located at the parapet to ensure the professional maintenance of outlets and prevent their contamination. With the aid of the high extension elements KSA+5, height 2", and the KSA+10, height 4", it is easier to follow the thickness of the substrate and thus adjust the height of the product accordingly.

  • The lids are removeable?
No they are just hinged, because these kind of boxes are typically installed in a high wind uplift areas, where there might be a danger of a lid blowing off completely.
  • Could the product fit to 6" media depth?
The 4" height boxes can be extended with the aid of the 2" or 4" extension elements up to 10", so it is easier to follow the thickness of the substrate and thus adjust the height of the product accordingly.
