Now in its 38th year, the Seattle International Film Festival is the largest and most highly attended film festival in the United States, showcasing more than 400 films from over 60 countries to an audience of 150,000 attendees annually.

“Since many of our sales and operations are in Seattle, we think it is very important to be involved in the cultural scene and support the arts in the community,” says Gabe Varga, head of DIADEM^® USA. “A well-designed roof can be very artful, even if overlooked for its more functional attributes like storm water management and life-cycle advantages. We feel a connection to art in all forms.”

DIADEM^®’s current green roof projects located in the Seattle area include Ingraham High School in the Haller Lake neighborhood and a mixed-use apartment complex on Capitol Hill, 1818 Madison. SIFF runs from May 17 through June 10.
